Cancellation & Changes Policy

1. Cancellation Rules

Reservations may be canceled at any time by notifying our support desk via WhatsApp at +52 984 219 0001. Please note that the online deposit paid during booking is strictly non-refundable. This amount serves to secure your driver block and vehicle availability, protecting our operational schedules.

2. Free Modifications and Date Changes

We permit unlimited date, time, and vehicle route changes free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If the new route incurs a higher rate, the customer must settle the difference at arrival. If the new route is less expensive, the remaining balance due to the driver will be reduced accordingly.

3. Flight Delays and Cancellations

Salam Transfers tracks all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed, driver waiting time is complimentary, regardless of the duration. In the event of a flight cancellation by the airline, your deposit will be preserved as a credit voucher, valid for use towards any future reservation within 365 calendar days.

4. No-Shows

If a customer does not arrive at the designated meeting area within 90 minutes after the flight has officially landed, and has not communicated with our support desk, the service will be classified as a "No-Show". In this instance, the reservation is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
